What Is Visionary Planning?
Visionary Planning is a guided, 24-month journey that takes your leadership from scattered ideas to a clear, actionable plan. Whether your church is navigating a season of challenge or stepping into a season of growth, we'll help you build the kind of clarity that moves people forward together.

Phase 1 — Foundations (Months 1–8)
One of our experienced team members comes to you. Over three onsite visits, we work alongside your leadership to:
Clarify your church's core values
Design a discipleship pathway rooted in your community
Build a practical implementation plan your team can own
This isn't a template dropped into your context. It's a process shaped by the Holy Spirit and the unique people and place God has given you.
Phase 2 — Coaching for Healthy Implementation (Months 9–24)
Vision doesn't fail at the planning stage — it fails in the follow-through. That's why we stay with you. Throughout the remainder of the process, your pastor meets monthly with a Vision Partners coach, with occasional check-ins for your vision team. We help you stay on track, navigate obstacles, and keep momentum alive.
Optional Year 3
Some churches choose to extend the partnership for a third year of continued coaching and development. We'll talk through whether that's the right fit for you.

Visionary Planning is not a fixed-price product. Every church is different, and so is every engagement. Cost is determined in conversation with you — and made possible in part through the generosity of our donor partners, keeping this process accessible to churches of all sizes.
