Our Team
Jarrod Spalding
A vision-driven leader and coach with over 20 years of church leadership experience spanning pastoral ministry, nonprofit leadership, police chaplaincy, and mental health coaching. As founder of Vision Partners, he has helped churches in 10 states move from survival to sustainability through practical tools and coaching. Jarrod lives with his wife, the youngest of their four children, and a three-year-old grandson. He’s passionate about helping churches honor their past while stepping into God's future.

Kim Richardson
An ordained elder in the Church of the Nazarene with broad experience as a youth pastor, church planter, lead pastor, and sponsor pastor. A Senior Master Trainer with Dynamic Church Planting International, he holds degrees from Eastern Nazarene College, Nazarene Theological Seminary, and a D.Min. from Fuller. His passion is seeing the local church make disciples and send people on mission. He lives in Biddeford, ME, with his wife, Marilyn.

Grace Stiles
A results-driven leader bridging organizational strategy and people development. With a Master's in Strategic Leadership, 15+ years in lay ministry, and her role as Administrative Director at Roberts Wesleyan University, she specializes in strategic planning, partnership management, and coaching teams toward meaningful outcomes. Grace is passionate about achieving tangible results. She lives in Rochester, NY, with her husband and their two young children.

Henry Sweeney
An ordained Church of the Nazarene minister with over two decades of experience in education and pastoral leadership. Holding a BA in Religion and an MA in Spiritual Formation, Henry's passion is equipping others and fostering authentic spiritual growth as a teacher, pastor, and mentor. He lives in Chesterfield, Virginia, with his wife, Amber—also an ordained Elder—and their two children.
Church Coach
Kenny Ott
A church planter, Executive Pastor, Lead Pastor, and missiologist with over 20 years of missionally-focused ministry leadership. A Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation, he also draws from ten years in the military and fourteen years with a Fortune 100 company to help churches find organizational clarity and strategic direction. He holds a D.Min. from Asbury Theological Seminary and lives in Waleska, GA, with his wife, Cathi.

Kurt Lange
A community leader, social entrepreneur, and Lead Pastor of East Coast International Church, where he has served Lynn, Massachusetts, for over 25 years. Committed to spiritual formation and economic empowerment, Kurt leads financial training cohorts and co-founded The Haven Project, a nonprofit supporting young adults experiencing homelessness. He lives in Lynn with his wife, Jen, and their two daughters, dedicated to transforming lives through economic dignity.

Pastor Adam Ziegler
is a church planter, youth pastor, and nonprofit executive director with experience across multiple ministry contexts in Alaska. He currently leads the Berkshire Church of the Nazarene in western Massachusetts, where he lives with his wife and two children.
Dr. Jossie Owens
brings wide-ranging leadership experience spanning corporate leadership, local church pastoring, church network leadership, and higher education. Her depth across sectors gives our team a uniquely broad perspective for serving faith leaders well.
Pastor Steve Suttles
has planted multiple churches across the Midwest during his 30 years in pastoral ministry. He currently leads the Harrisonville Church of the Nazarene in Kansas and brings his passion for raising up new leaders to everything he does.
Pastor Rich Doering
has spent 30 years pastoring across diverse ministry contexts throughout the Midwest. He serves as Lead Pastor of Real Life Community Church of the Nazarene in Portage, Indiana, and is a doctoral candidate in Contextual Theology at Northern Seminary. Rich is deeply committed to disciple-making and incarnational, community-embedded ministry.
