Pastoral leadership is heavy. The questions about discipleship, culture, and change don't go away — and most leaders carry them without a trusted group to think alongside. Leader Cohort changes that.
This is a six-month peer learning community for pastors and leaders who are serious about leading disciple-making change in their church. You'll walk with a small group of fellow leaders — learning together, praying together, and doing the hard work of becoming the kind of leader your church needs.

Healthy Rhythms
Define the personal and organizational rhythms that keep you grounded and effective for the long haul.
Leading Change
Learn to move your church forward with clarity and conviction, even when it's hard.

Fall cohorts are now forming. Space is limited to eight pastors per group — small by design, so every voice matters.
